Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpenter Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects with precision and efficiency. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, supervise a team of carpenters, and ensure that all work adheres to safety standards, project specifications, and quality benchmarks. Your expertise will drive the successful completion of projects on time and within budget, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes craftsmanship and excellence.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise carpentry crews, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely project completion
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide work activities accurately
- Oversee the installation of formwork, framing, and other carpentry components with attention to detail and quality control
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align on project goals, schedules, and resources
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 for scheduling, tracking progress, and documenting site activities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work setting
- Manage project budgets by monitoring material costs, labor hours,



and resource allocation effectively

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in construction or carpentry projects with a strong understanding of construction management practices
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on formwork, framing, or related trades
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques
- Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools
- Knowledge of quality control standards and best practices in construction processes
- Ability to read technical schematics and detailed drawings accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
