Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone or online chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Manage time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are completed promptly during shifts

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and product demos is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or remote work options if applicable
