: Certified Dental Assistant level I or II (CDA I or II)

We are a 15+ year old established dental office with a growing patient base with a focus on patient care. Looking for a full time certified dental assistant to join our friendly dental team!

Conveniently located in the Newmarket/East Gwillimbury area.

Full-time / Permanent

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming trays
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records
- Provide chairside assistance during procedures

Requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant level I or level II (completion of accredited dental assisting program)
- X-ray (HARP) certified
- Ability to commute/relocate to East Gwillimbury/Newmarket




- CPR certified (training will be provided if needed)
- IPAC certified (Public health Ontario - core & reprocessing)
- WHMIS certified (training will be provided if needed)

Level of Experience -Experience in implant dentistry and orthodontics is an asset

Pay: $26.00-$31.00 per hour
