Equity SpecialistRippling is a leading Employer of Record (EOR) provider. In this role, you will support equity‑related payroll and compliance operations for EOR customers and employees across multiple countries, focusing on filing, reporting, and payroll workflow support.What You Will DoOwn end‑to‑end equity‑related compliance filings for EOR employees, maintaining filing calendars and ensuring timely submission.Manage country‑specific equity filing schedules (e.G., UK ERS returns, Ireland RSS1 filings) and collect required data.Proactively gather equity and payroll data from customers, internal teams, and third‑party providers, following up to resolve gaps.Coordinate with third‑party advisors and local providers to prepare and submit equity filings.Support equity‑related payroll workflows, aligning payroll reporting with filing data and resolving payroll questions.Respond to internal and customer inquiries regarding equity filings, payroll reporting, and compliance timelines.Partner with Global Payroll and Tax Operations to ensure consistency between payroll reporting, tax withholding, and statutory filings.Track filing confirmations and follow‑up inquiries from tax authorities, supporting corrections or resubmissions.Identify potential compliance risks and elevate to appropriate stakeholders.What You Will Have3+ years of experience in equity compensation administration, payroll operations, tax compliance, or a related role.Strong understanding of common equity types (NSOs, RSUs)



and their impact on payroll and withholding.Familiarity with equity‑related payroll and tax filings (e.G., UK ERS returns, Ireland RSS1 filings) is a plus.Ability to interpret legal or tax guidance and translate it into clear operational steps.Clear written communication skills and comfort explaining complex payroll concepts to non‑experts.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets, deadlines, and cross‑functional dependencies.Interest or certification in Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 is a plus.Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with case‑management systems such as Salesforce.Additional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
