This role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders including Operations, Fund Administrators, and Dealer back offices to support the monitoring and execution of a wide range of Dealer requests.This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in Toronto, with an expected annual compensation range of $60,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.ResponsibilitiesBe first point on contact for client service inquiries such as account and trade-related requestsCoordinate the execution of Dealer requests with Fund Administrators, including quality control of their processingMonitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of Dealer requestsWork through large volumes of Dealer requests during tax season (i.E. slip duplication fulfillment, answering tax-related inquires, etc.)Participate in and contribute to project and team meetings,
