Join Our Team as a Document Review Lawyer at AxiomWe are currently seekingDocument Review Lawyerwith claims review experience to join our legal team and provide support to our Fortune 500 clients. This role will be remote in the Greater Toronto area. Candidates must demonstrate full professional fluency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken contexts.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and legal standardsAnalyze complex and legacy claims, including historical files that may be incomplete, technical, or difficult to interpretConduct detailed document review in both French and English, ensuring consistency and accuracy across bilingual materialsPerform discovery-related tasks, including document review, issue spotting, and organization of materials for legal proceedingsExecute privilege review to identify and appropriately categorize protected or confidential documents.Qualifications2+ years of claims, investigations, employment experienceExcellent communication and writing skills,



with the ability to collaborate across multiple departmentsStrong attention to detail (document‑heavy review work)Ability to handle sensitive subject mattersLegal review / claims processing backgroundExperience with document review is preferredCompensationThe estimated total compensation for this role is $125,000-$130,000. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
