Summer literacy camps model miyo-pimatisowin and use Indigenous understandings to build literacy competencies.Role OverviewThe Camp Counsellor will work as a small, independent team under the direct supervision of a Camp Coordinator to deliver a diverse array of indoor and outdoor literacy-based camp activities in a safe, caring and fun-filled environment. Coordinator & Counsellors must demonstrate initiative and creativity to engage the community, and involve parents, elders and other community members in the camp curriculum.FTE : Full-TimeTerm of Employment : Temporary (July 6 to 31, 2026)July 6th–10th (training in Prince Albert)July 13th–31st (in community)Salary and Benefits : $23.09/hourAreas of ResponsibilityDaily planning, organizing,
