We have an opening for an Adjudicator in our Tribunal and Dispute Resolution Division.ResponsibilitiesDeciding matters under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA) and Part X of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 (CYFSA). Applicants should highlight any relevant experience with any of these pieces of legislation in their cover letter.QualificationsAs the successful candidate, you have experience adjudicating in an administrative tribunal setting, having proven ability to interpret and apply concepts under complex legislation. You have experience performing in a time‑sensitive, caseload‑driven environment that is subject to a high degree of scrutiny from the media and the public.
