This role is a critical partner to the sales organization, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen to help prospective and existing clients understand how our platform supports managing vast amounts of academic content, personalizing web experiences for diverse student populations, and maintaining compliance with accessibility standards. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and highly consultative, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling, value‑driven narratives. This individual will play a key role in driving new business and expanding existing client relationships through impactful demonstrations and strategic engagement.
