The Technician is responsible for installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing systems to improve safety, quality, and productivity. This role supports automation projects from concept through installation, validation, and production launch while supporting ongoing manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design, development, and implementation of automated manufacturing systems and equipmentSupport automation projects through installation, testing, validation, and production startupSupport programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and vision systems, including assisting with root cause analysis for downtime eventsAssist in the creation and maintenance of process documentation, including work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plansWork closely with production, maintenance, quality,



and supply chain teams to support daily manufacturing operationsCollect and analyze production data to help improve throughput, reduce scrap, and increase OEEAssist with capital equipment projects, including vendor coordination and basic project trackingFollow and support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesPerform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizationQualificationsTechnical degree or certification in electrical or mechanical engineering technology1-5 years of experience in manufacturing automationHands‑on experience with PLCs, robotics, HMIs, and vision systemsStrong troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem‑solving skillsExperience leading projects and working with external vendorsWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principlesDemonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotablewith the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast‑paced, high‑growth organizationCompensation actually offered for this role will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills,
