The role involves overseeing workflow and personnel, coaching, resolving issues, and supporting staff and management.Position:Permanent, Full-TimeSchedule:Monday-Friday, Day Shift (flexibility required)Salary:$58,000-63,000/year plus quarterly performance bonusResponsibilities include:Tracking and reporting production metricsMeasuring and controlling yieldsCollaborating on product development and costingManaging productivity, labor,
