The roleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advisor, Total Rewards to join our team. As the go-to resource for Total Rewards, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of our global Total Rewards programs across our corporate offices and network airports.You’ll contribute to a wide range of compensation, benefits, and employee experience initiatives, helping ensure our programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our people-first culture.What You’ll be responsible for:Compensation & Advantages AdministrationSupport compensation and benefits reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements across Canada and the United StatesAdminister pension plans (401(k), Group RRSP, Defined Benefit Pension Plan), including compliance, documentation, and audit coordinationConduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and pay analysisSupport and administer annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, STI, and LTI programsEmployee Benefits & Leave ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiriesManage employee leave programs, including WCB, short-term and long-term disability, medical leave, and maternity/parental leaveCoordinate return-to-work plans and workplace accommodationsCompliance & GovernanceAssist with compliance activities, including EEO reporting, 401(k) audits/testing, and workers’ compensation auditsEnsure adherence to applicable legislation and internal policies across Total Rewards programsEmployee Experience & HR SupportSupport attendance management processes and partner on performance-related mattersLead onboarding and offboarding activities from a Total Rewards perspectiveOversee ergonomic assessments and support employee well-being initiativesContribute to employee engagement and recognition initiativesOperations & ProjectsMaintain organizational charts and reporting structuresPrepare employee communications, letters, agreements,
and presentationsSupport relocation and immigration processes, including Canadian and U.S. work permits and permanent residency applicationsIdentify opportunities to enhance Total Rewards programs through research and stakeholder feedbackWhat You Bring:Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources (HR) or a related field2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefitsKnowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. Total Rewards practices, or demonstrated ability to learn quicklyAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsHigh level of discretion and confidentialitySelf-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiativeWhat sets you apart:CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) designationExperience supporting pensions, audits, and regulatory complianceIf you're passionate about Total Rewards and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.
