In this role, you will play a key part in designing, automating, and optimizing our deployment pipelines across cloud-native and multi-cloud environments. You have a genuine passion for applying AI/ML techniques to modernize and simplify the way software is built, tested, and delivered.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Platform Engineering: Design, deploy, and maintain applications and services onSAP BTP Cloud FoundryandSAP BTP Kymaenvironments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.AI-Augmented DevOps: Champion the use of AI tools and approaches to streamline and simplifytesting ,deployment, andrelease workflows— including AI‑assisted code review, test generation, anomaly detection, and intelligent rollout strategies.Workflow Automation: Architect and implement end‑to‑end automated pipelines for CI/CD using up-to-date tooling; continuously identify manual processes and eliminate toil through automation.Hyperspace / Internal Platform: Work withHyperspaceplatform capabilities to deliver and manage services effectively within the internal platform ecosystem.Multi‑Cloud & Hyperscaler Operations: Collaborate on workloads running acrossAWSand other major hyperscalers (Azure, GCP), ensuring best practices around cost optimisation, security, and operational excellence.Kubernetes & Container Orchestration: Manage and optimiseKubernetesclusters (on BTP Kyma, EKS, or equivalent), including workload scheduling, networking, resource management, and cluster lifecycle operations.Observability & Search: Deploy and maintainElasticsearch(and related Elastic Stack components such as Logstash, Kibana, Beats or OpenSearch) for centralised logging, monitoring, and operational intelligence.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging AI DevOps tooling and practices; propose and prototype improvements to the deployment landscape and developer experience.Collaboration: Work closely with software engineering, architecture, and security teams to align platform capabilities with product delivery goals.Required Skills & ExperienceCloud PlatformsHands‑on experience withSAP BTP Cloud Foundry— app deployment, service bindings, space/org management,
