Job OverviewShack Shine Nanaimo is hiring a Home Care Service Manager located at 4830 Cedar Ridge Pl. Nanaimo, BC. This full‑time permanent role involves working at different mobile locations in and around Nanaimo.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and execute on strategic planning to achieve the company’s goals and objectivesPerform outbound marketing tactics each week (specific targets such as property managers)Maximize sales and profitability by soliciting, identifying and delivering on opportunities for growthImplement and execute all marketing initiativesFollow and execute Estimating System when generating new client quotesPerform and generate estimates for all qualified opportunitiesManage and track follow‑up dates with detailed notes to increase success rate (SR) and strengthen the databaseUpdate & maintain commercial sales funnel on tracking sheet dailyTrack and review weekly results to manage sales ratio and job acquisition costsHit budgeted quote targetsHit budgeted booked $ & booked margin targetsHave rental equipment pre‑ordered in a timely manner prior to job commencementHire, retain and develop talented and passionate employeesUpon recruitment of current technicians, conduct and oversee the initial training programs as defined by the operations manualManage employees & complete performance reviews: quarterly & annuallyProvide job planning advice, instruction, and phone support to technicians to develop their problem‑solving abilities and productivity on a daily basisPrepare and breakdown business plan activities to be executed daily,



weekly & monthlyCommunicate and report directly to the Franchise PartnersReview Daily Success Journal (iAuditor reports) and record any relevant updatesImplement and follow all company policies and proceduresSkills and QualificationsWorking knowledge of all MS Office suite, CRM, iOS device and Google productsComfortable with basic finance & accounting ideas (P&L; statements & receipt tracking) and overseeing customer transactions is an assetMust be able to supervise other staffStrong communication, people, administrative and organizational skillsStrong entrepreneurial background with franchise systems or operational support experience is strongly preferredBackground in customer service and sales will be an assetAbility to manage key business partner relationships will be beneficialMust have a valid driver’s licenceEducationUndergraduate degree would be considered an asset.ExperienceMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field is required.Wage and BenefitsHourly wage of $37.50Performance bonus will be issuedMeals & Entertainment expense will be providedLaptop and phone will be provided by Shack Shine3 weeks of paid vacationWork Hours7:00 a.M. to 4:00 p.M.
