Vacancy StatusReplacementRole ResponsibilitiesSupport & Ticket Management (Yardi and Other Systems)Serve as a primary contact for Yardi-related inquiries and issues, as well as general tickets for other ERP systems.Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.Prioritize support tickets based on impact, urgency, and user volume.Maintain detailed documentation of reported issues, resolutions, and any process changes.System Administration & MaintenanceConduct regular checks, data validations, and quality control measures to ensure efficient operations of Yardi and additional business applications.Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to plan and implement system upgrades, patches, or new modules with minimal disruption.Configure system settings and optimize functionalities based on changing business requirements.Data Integrity & SQL UtilizationUse SQL queries to identify, diagnose, and resolve data inconsistencies or errors within Yardi and other systems.Work with cross-functional teams to verify data accuracy and integrate information from multiple sources.Assist in creating or updating basic reports or data extracts to support operational and analytical needs.Contribute to Yardi-centric and other system-related projects, focusing on improvements, integrations, and process enhancements.Participate in testing efforts (e.G., UAT) to confirm that system changes meet requirements without introducing new issues.Communicate project updates effectively, ensuring stakeholders remain informed about progress and potential challenges.User Training & DocumentationDevelop and maintain user guides, FAQs,
and other training materials for Yardi and additional ERP systems.Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions to onboard new users or introduce new system functionalities.Foster best practices, share knowledge across teams, and promote continuous learning.RequirementsMust hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or have equivalent education and experience.At least two years of experience administering and supporting Yardi (including ticket management and troubleshooting); experience with other ERP systems is a plus.At least two years of experience with SQL (ability to write queries, filter data, and perform basic joins).Familiarity with real estate or property management industries is an advantage.Working knowledge of Yardi’s core modules and functionalities.Basic to intermediate SQL scripting abilities for data analysis and issue resolution.Experience with multi-system integrations or cross-functional workflows is beneficial.Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.Collaborative mindset, actively supporting team efforts and knowledge sharing.CompensationAt Primaris, we believe in rewarding talent with competitive wages and a total compensation package.
