DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Supply Planner to join our team of skilled professionals based at our Brampton location.The Supply Planner is responsible for optimizing inventory balance across the supply chain network to support service levels, production efficiency and cost objectives. This role analyzes demand trends, manages planning parameters, and works closely with manufacturing, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure product availability and responsive planning.The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to balance short‑term priorities and long‑term planning needs in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. and inventory targets.Support long‑term network planning, material sourcing decisions and production planning initiatives.Maintain accurate planning data in ERP and related systems.Identify supply risks, shortages and bottlenecks, partnering with manufacturing, procurement, sales and customer service to resolve them.Collaborate to align supply with business needs.Maintain the plant matrix for product distributionTrack supply and demand alignment, manufacturing efficiencies, production performance and inventory KPIsPrepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision‑making and continuous improvementProvide backup for other planning positionsOther duties as requiredQualificationsPost‑secondary education in supply chain, business, operations or a related field.Experience in supply planning, inventory management, or production planning.Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving skillsProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Certificates - APICS or other recognized supply chain certificationsLean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black belt) an assetCore SkillsProduction scheduling,
