You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water and Fire Restoration jobs, along with performing asbestos related duties. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.ResponsibilitiesPerform production/restoration process per work order and chief crew instructionsInventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each projectMaintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentPrepare rooms/areas for work activitiesLeave the job site with a clean and orderly appearanceCommunicate openly with the crew chief and other techniciansQualificationsIICRC certificationExperience in cleaning/restorationExperience serving commercial propertiesValid driver’s licenseHigh school diploma/GEDFirst Aid Certification & Alberta Asbestos Worker Certification not required,
but would be considered an assetPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.G., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning products/chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryCompensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hourKalloway Property Services is a full-service disaster restoration and Hazardous material removal company.
