In this role you will help our company succeed and grow by providing exceptional day-to-day service to Commercial Lines Transportation clients.What will you do?Oversee the day-to-day servicing of the book working with clientsPrepare Certificates of InsuranceCheck and process policy documents, renewals, endorsements, and cancellationsProcess MVRs, driver abstracts, CVOR, etc.Prepare and forward binders for renewals as instructedPrepare and forward form letters and documents to clients and insurersProcess invoicesReview client’s current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirementsInput and update claims and current client informationAssist Customer Service Brokers and/or Producers with client inquiries or rush assignments as requestedKnow customers and fully understand their needsDocument all communications and interactions with clients, carriers and othersAddress insured’s questions and concerns regarding policies, coverage, and premium payments promptly via phone, e‑mail, and written communication etc.Knowledge,



Skills and QualificationsMinimum 1-year commercial lines experience, either from a brokerage or insurance company preferredR.I.B.O license and/or working towards C.I.P or C.A.I.B designations is an asset.Completed Post‑Secondary education in related field of study (college or university level)Interpersonal, strong communication and listening skills are crucial for this positionDriven and results orientedA strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational skillsEnjoy being a team playerSelf‑motivated and proactiveProficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelPlease note, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
