We are looking for an experiencedMES Consultantwith robust expertise inWerum PAS-XandMBR (Master Batch Record) designto support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in ahybrid role based in Toronto .In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, quality, validation, and IT teams to design, configure, and support MES solutions that ensureGMP compliance, process efficiency, and data integrity across production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintainPAS-X MES solutionsaligned with manufacturing and business requirements.Lead or contribute toMBR design and implementation, including recipe modeling and process workflows.Translate business and production needs into functional MES specifications.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, Validation, Automation, IT).Support MES testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.Participate inMES validation activitiesfollowing GxP and CSV guidelines.Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.Ensure compliance withGMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements .RequirementsProven experience as anMES Consultantin the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.Strong hands‑on experience withWerum PAS‑X .Solid background inMBR (Master Batch Record) design and execution .Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and shop floor systems.Experience working inGMP‑regulated environments .Familiarity with validation lifecycle (CSV)
