They are specifically looking for someone with astrong sales backgroundwho can drive revenue, build relationships, and lead from the front while still owning the full operation.The Opportunity You will take full ownership of a combineddistribution and production facility, with responsibility for performance across sales, operations, and financials.The business is in growth mode, with a explicit goal ofdoubling over the next 3–5 years. This role will be key in making that happen — driving new business, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring the operation can scale effectively.What You’ll Be Responsible ForFull P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, margins, and cost controlLeading both sales and operations teams (inside sales, outside sales, warehouse, and production)Driving top‑line growth through customer relationships, market expansion, and business developmentAligning production, inventory, and sales to meet demand and maximize efficiencyBuilding a strong, accountable team culture focused on performance and executionActing as a key point of contact with contractors, builders,
