Position Summary

Triumph Car Wash Parts (Polymark Manufacturing) is seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce a variety of parts and components while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to spend extended periods of time standing and working at a CNC machine. The role will also provide support with shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, warehouse activities, and occasional product deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machinery to machine a variety of parts and components
- Load and unload materials and finished parts from CNC machines
- Monitor machining processes and perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet requirements and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and fulfillment
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials and products as required
- Occasionally operate a company work truck to transport materials to and from the warehouse or other locations
- Perform other general manufacturing and warehouse duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery is required
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use computer-based systems
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, measurements, and basic technical documentation




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods while operating CNC machinery
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials and finished products as required
- Previous forklift experience is an asset
- Current forklift certification is an asset; in-house forklift training and certification can be provided
- Must possess a valid Class G2 or Class G driver's licence and have a safe driving record, as occasional operation of a company work truck may be required
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
