We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a growing Canadian specialty coffee and equipment retailer. The company offers a curated selection of espresso machines, grinders, accessories, and locally roasted coffee, with a robust focus on expert advice and customer education.

You don't need to be a coffee hobbyist, but an interest in or love of coffee is an asset. You will work in a showroom and assist customers through web chat and phone inquiries related to online orders.

Hours & Schedule

Option 1 (Preferred): 6 days a week / 45 hours

- Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

- Saturday: 11:00am - 4:00pm

Option 2: 5 days a week / 37 hours

Saturday is required, but you will receive a day off during the week.

Responsibilities

- Help customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person—answering questions, recommending equipment, and guiding purchases.

- Greet walk-in customers in our showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience. Energy and presentation are important.

- Handle in-store transactions (cash, debit, credit) with care and accuracy.

- Build your knowledge of coffee, espresso machines, grinders, and accessories so you can provide expert advice and help customers use and maintain their equipment.

- Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.

Requirements

- Customer service or sales skills across phone, email, chat,



and in-person interactions.

- Strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional approach with customers.

- Comfortable learning about coffee, espresso machines, grinders, accessories, and equipment maintenance.

- Able to process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.

- Team-oriented and willing to support other departments during busy periods.

- Available to work Saturdays and one of the schedules listed above.

- An interest in or love of coffee is an asset; prior coffee expertise is not required.
