- Monitor client portfolios daily
- Issue and receive collateral calls to mitigate the firm’s credit risk
- Enter margin tickets accurately into the collateral system
- Interact extensively with clients
- Conduct process reviews in accordance with Global Short-term Markets Policy
- Resolve and elevate collateral issues
- Reconcile repo collateral statements upon margining disputes
- Contribute ideas to add value to the group
- Stay abreast of capital-markets risk issues and assess impacts on exposures
- Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk through process reengineering
- Perform control functions to ensure process integrity
- Promote a respectful work workplace and adhere to Bank policies and guidelines

Requirements

- Strong communication skills

- Knowledge of derivative and security products, legal agreements, technology flows, and regulations
