Commercial Contract Cleaner – 2 Locations (Mississauga)

Primo Cleaning is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented contract cleaner to service two ongoing commercial cleaning locations in Mississauga.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for consistent additional monthly income. The selected cleaner must be available to service both locations.

Both locations are paid at a fixed monthly flat rate.

Location 1 – Office Cleaning

Major Intersection: Burnhamthorpe Rd W & Duke of York Blvd, MississaugaSchedule: Mondays & Thursdays, between 4:00 PM–7:00 PMEstimated Cleaning Time: Approximately 1–1.5 hours per cleanMonthly Flat Rate: $228.62

This is an office location with no washrooms.

Duties include

- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Garbage removal
- Dusting surfaces and ledges
- Wiping desks, counters, and touch points
- General upkeep of office and common areas

Location 2 – Hallway Cleaning Major Intersection: Lakeshore Rd W & Benson Ave, MississaugaSchedule: Bi-weeklyEstimated Cleaning Time: Approximately 30–45 minutes per cleanMonthly Flat Rate: $72.00





This is a light cleaning location consisting of:

- Sweeping the hallway
- Mopping the hallway
- General upkeep of the area

Compensation Total Monthly Flat Rate: $300.62

Requirements

- Must live within approximately 20 minutes of the locations
- Must be able to service both locations
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have and bring your own vacuum
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to work independently
- No subcontractors
