Maintenance Helper — Part‑Time (Day Shifts 8:00am-4:00pm, 45 hours bi‑weekly)Location: Port Perry Place, Port Perry, ONHourly Wage: starting at $27.90Reports to: Environmental Service ManagerThe Maintenance Helper will be responsible for specific operations related to mechanical, electrical and maintenance departments. They will serve as the first point of contact for any concerns related to the facilities of the home.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support in the maintenance department, painting operations of the home, general upkeep, and ensuring everything meets company standards.Assist with property maintenance including exterior duties such as snow removal, property lighting, garbage, and other general operations.Perform other duties as required.Participate in company meetings as assigned and attend in-service education programs.Knowledge And Skills RequiredPost‑Secondary Certificate in skill trades or related program,
