The Marketing Associate will manage a portfolio within the Wieners & Sausage business unit, collaborate with a senior marketing leader, and map out category strategy.Compensation$69,000 – 104,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short‐term incentive.ResponsibilitiesHelp build category strategies and work with your manager to develop and launch multi‐year plans that deliver category growth and differentiate MLF from competitors.Consistently leverage data and develop insights from Nielsen and internal sources to provide category share and financial reporting and analysis.Analyze brands, market, and competitive trends and recommend suitable actions.Be involved in and lead your category in MLF's budgeting process.Support the Retail Sales and Brand teams to grow MLF branded share in the category.Lead the commercialization of new product innovations, acting as project manager and working with cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure successful, on‐time launches.QualificationsPost‐secondary degree in Business or Marketing.1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, finance, category management,
