This role sets strategic objectives, manages resources, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Guide middle managers, drive operational excellence, and represent the company in negotiations and stakeholder engagements.Oversee adherence to building codes, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.Define organizational goals, policies, and programs for construction operations. Set strategic objectives and develop policies/programs to guide organizational direction.Approve budgets, allocate financial, material,



and human resources, and establish internal controls and promotional strategies. Oversee workforce planning.Recruit, mentor, and evaluate middle managers, project executives, and department leaders. Manage the execution of commissions, including directly managing staff within the core service section, fee budgets and section and project profitability.Select, mentor, and evaluate middle managers and senior roles to effectively support the operations.Ensure alignment of regional and project teams with corporate objectives.Represent the organization in client negotiations, regulatory meetings, and industry forums.Drive adoption of new technologies, sustainability practices, and process improvements. Some MEP estimating experience preferred. AACE International, Certified Cost Professional or RICS certification in Project Management preferred. Knowledge and understanding of execution of cost management services; good planning, organization, and communication skills essential. Understanding of technical and non-technical documents related to cost management services required. Knowledge and use of industry-estimating software and Microsoft Office software programs.
