Equivalent lived, professional, or community-based experience will be equally valued.Reporting RelationshipThe Executive Director reports directly to SICF’s Board of Directors.Working in close partnership with the Board Chair and Board Committees, the Executive Director is responsible for advancing the Foundation’s strategic plan, strengthening governance and operational systems, and stewarding resources with integrity and accountability.As the Foundation grows, the Executive Director will build and lead staff and infrastructure aligned with strategic priorities.Location & TravelThe position is based in Saskatchewan. The Executive Director is expected to maintain strong relationships across the province and will travel regularly to communities, gatherings, partner meetings, and provincial/national gatherings.SICF supports a flexible hybrid work environment.
