With a 100‑year legacy and a customer‑solutions focus, we partner with major retailers and foodservice chains to drive growth and deliver innovative products.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead production operations at our Mississauga plant during theContinental Night Shift(6PM – 6:15AM). In this role you will manage plant operations, oversee advanced manufacturing systems, and ensure that key performance indicators within the SQCDPE framework are met.What You Get To DoPlan and direct production activities and establish priorities to meet customer service goals and cost objectives.Coordinate production to maximize utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.Analyze production, quality, maintenance, and operational reports to identify and resolve nonconformities and mechanical issues.Communicate shift performance, addressing issues related to safety, quality, equipment efficiency, schedule adherence, personnel performance, and material usage.Maintain positive employee relations and enforce company policies, including disciplinary action when necessary.Ensure readiness for regulatory, corporate, and customer inspections.Adhere to production KPIs and schedules.Maintain GMP, SQF, and FDA compliance.Collaborate with distribution to facilitate proper material and finished goods transfer.Conduct incident investigations and follow through on corrective and preventive actions.Participate in Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings.Perform safety inspections, BBS observations,



and ensure plant compliance.Coordinate and confirm training compliance for all shift employees.Complete all required payroll documentation.What You Bring To The Role5–7 years of operations leadership in CPG/food manufacturing (aseptic manufacturing experience required).Experience implementing new production lines or equipment is an asset.Technical knowledge of processing and packaging.Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.Strong background in occupational health & safety, people leadership, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance.Strategic mindset with the ability to set direction amid ambiguity.Inspirational and influence skills that motivate others.Decisive, results‑oriented leadership with solid negotiation skills.Sense of urgency, action orientation, and perseverance.Project management and budgeting expertise.Knowledge of CMMS, ERP, and MES systems.Advanced administrative skills in MS Project, Word, and Excel.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficiency with computer and software applications.Flexible hours to accommodate shift requirements.What We Offer YouCompetitive total rewards package beginning on day 1, including health benefits, employer‑matched retirement savings, and optional health or wellness spending accounts.Employee discount program on our coffee and tea products.Annual safety shoes program.Tuition assistance program for continuous learning.Annual hiring range for this position is $91,279 – $94,000.Mother Parkers is committed to providing accommodations for persons with disabilities.
