In this role you will manage plant operations, oversee advanced manufacturing systems, and ensure that key performance indicators within the SQCDPE framework are met.What You Get To DoPlan and direct production activities and establish priorities to meet customer service goals and cost objectives.Coordinate production to maximize utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.Analyze production, quality, maintenance, and operational reports to identify and resolve nonconformities and mechanical issues.Communicate shift performance, addressing issues related to safety, quality, equipment efficiency, schedule adherence, personnel performance, and material usage.Maintain positive employee relations and enforce company policies, including disciplinary action when necessary.Ensure readiness for regulatory, corporate, and customer inspections.Adhere to production KPIs and schedules.Maintain GMP, SQF, and FDA compliance.Collaborate with distribution to facilitate proper material and finished goods transfer.Conduct incident investigations and follow through on corrective and preventive actions.Participate in Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings.Perform safety inspections, BBS observations,
