Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including line managers, employees, and HR colleagues, to identify and address challenges, implement corporate HR strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies. You’ll also provide coaching and guidance to managers, helping them develop their leadership and people management skills.You’ll specifically take care of workforce planning and recruitment strategies, as well as overseeing key HR processes such as performance management and employee development, but also ensure compliance with employment laws and collective agreements.We’ll look to you for:Providing professional HR support to business partners and driving the project HR performanceUnderstanding business needs and translating them into priorities, risks,
