You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward‑thinking teammates.You’ll play a critical role in shaping a positive and inclusive work environment while driving strategic HR initiatives across the business. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including line managers, employees, and HR colleagues, to identify and address challenges, implement corporate HR strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies. You’ll also provide coaching and guidance to managers, helping them develop their leadership and people management skills.You’ll specifically take care of workforce planning and recruitment strategies, as well as overseeing key HR processes such as performance management and employee development, but also ensure compliance with employment laws and collective agreements.We’ll look to you for:Providing professional HR support to business partners and driving the project HR performanceUnderstanding business needs and translating them into priorities, risks,



and opportunitiesLeading and supporting the HR project team in defining and addressing prioritiesChampioning initiatives to reinforce engagement and company valuesImplementing and monitoring Alstom’s performance management systemEnsuring timely and effective recruitment and workforce planningSupporting and developing line managers in managing their teams effectivelyCollaborating with Total Reward and HRD to align policies with market trendsMaintaining accurate HR data and metrics to measure performanceEnsuring compliance with company policies and employment laws and regulations, in close partnership with Centers of ExpertisesFostering positive industrial relations with unions and social partnersContributing to the HR organization to generate learning and continuous improvement opportunitiesLead internal and external audits related to HR function and monitoring of action plansAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
