Mississauga United FC is hiring an experienced Competitive Youth Soccer Coach to lead a youth rep team in a positive, ambitious, and player-centred environment.

Compensation: $30–$45 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and team assignment.

Schedule: Evening training sessions and weekend games and tournaments.

Location: On-site in Mississauga, with occasional travel within the GTA and surrounding areas.

The Role

You will plan and deliver structured, age-appropriate training, coach the team in league and tournament competition, and support each player's technical, tactical, physical, and personal development. You will collaborate with the club's technical leadership and team staff to provide families with a consistent, skilled competitive-soccer experience.

Key Responsibilities • Plan and deliver structured training sessions • Coach league games, tournaments, exhibition games, tryouts, and player evaluations • Develop technical skill, tactical understanding, decision-making, confidence, and game awareness • Build a disciplined, inclusive, competitive, and player-centred team culture • Evaluate player development and provide clear, constructive feedback • Communicate professionally with players, parents, team staff, and club leadership • Follow club, Ontario Soccer, league, and safeguarding policies Required Qualifications • At least two years of competitive youth soccer coaching experience in a rep club, academy,



or competitive league • Current Canada Soccer C Licence or an equivalent recognized coaching qualification • Experience planning and delivering training for competitive youth players • Strong understanding of long-term player development and age-appropriate coaching • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills • Reliable availability for evening training and weekend games • Legal entitlement to work in Canada • Ability to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check and required safeguarding and screening Preferred Qualifications • Canada Soccer B Licence or higher • Ontario competitive-league or high-performance youth coaching experience • First Aid and CPR certification • Competitive playing experience at the academy, university, college, semi-professional, or professional level What We Offer • $30–$45 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and assignment • Support from the club's technical leadership • Coach development and advancement opportunities • Potential to coach additional teams or club programs • A professional, collaborative, and growing competitive soccer environment How to Apply Apply through LinkedIn with your résumé.
