Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an In-House Counsel to work on a contract basis. This role requires providing legal advice and support to a technology platform operating in the gig economy. The position involves managing a range of legal matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day legal counsel to the business on contracts, licensing, and regulatory matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements including vendor, partner, and customer contracts.
- Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business and recommend appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues related to platform operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Licensed attorney with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.




- Experience providing legal advice in a technology or gig-economy business environment.
- Knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
