Role MandateReporting to the Director, Real Estate, the Manager is responsible for negotiating Shoppers Drug Mart renewal lease terms, analyzing market conditions, coordinating internal renewal processes, preparing and managing portfolio reports, and ensuring timely execution of renewals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented professional with technical abilities to analyze lease data and portfolio performance to support strategic decision making, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.Primary ResponsibilitiesNegotiate Shoppers Drug Mart lease renewal agreements with Landlords on a national basisManage the end‑to‑end renewal process, including critical date tracking, documentation, and execution timelinesAnalyze lease data and portfolio performance to support strategic decision‑making and occupancy cost optimizationDevelop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and tracking systems to monitor renewal status and key metricsCoordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Lease Administration, Legal, Operations, and Maintenance to facilitate seamless execution of renewalsEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standardsSupport administrative processes related to lease documentation, approvals, and trackingPrioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a rapid‑paced environmentSite visits/touring to help support strategic decision makingAssist with additional real estate‑related responsibilities and special projects on an as‑needed basisQualificationsStrong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and manage competing prioritiesHighly analytical with advanced technical skills (e.G., Excel, data analysis,
