They are dependable, detail‑oriented, and take pride in owning tasks from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.One of the unique aspects of this position is the opportunity to work across different industries: SIMNET and its sister companies.Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 CADVacancy: Position Available NowLocation Type: OnsiteIn this role, you will be responsible for:Office AdministrationMaintain an organized and functional office environmentEnsure office snacks and beverages are consistently stocked, including managing inventory and coordinating purchasing through vendors and online platforms.Manage office supplies, deliveries, and general logisticsLiaise with building management, cleaning services, and vendorsProvide administrative support to the Owner, including calendar coordination and schedulingTrack action items and support meeting logistics and follow‑upsManage vendor accounts, including service plans, and issue resolution with providersCoordinate shipping and receiving processes, including managing incoming deliveries, preparing outgoing shipments, tracking packages,



and maintaining accurate recordsEvent CoordinationServe as an active member of the SIMNET Social Committee, owning the planning and execution logistics of employee social events throughout the year.Plan and oversee company‑wide lunch initiatives, managing ordering, employee communications, and end‑to‑end execution.Provide support for additional internal and external events (working cross‑functionally with other teams if necessary).Travel CoordinationOwn end‑to‑end travel coordination for leadership events, including booking flights and hotels, organizing itineraries, and coordinating agendas and meals.Health & Safety SupportMaintain Health & Safety documentation and logsTrack required training, certifications, and refreshersCoordinate inspections, drills, and follow‑up actionsSupport Health & Safety execution in partnership with HRCoordinate workstation setup and asset tracking with ITSupport onboarding and off‑boarding logistics as directedOther duties and tasks as requiredRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:Strong administrative and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasksProfessional communication and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to anticipate needs and take initiativeAdaptable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentComfortable supporting senior leadershipReliable, proactive, and service‑orientedMust have reliable transportation (supply pick‑up, lunch pickups,
