Family CoordinatorMilestones Program – McMan Calgary & Area (Internal/External) – Full time (40 hrs/week)The Family Coordinator will work with families to develop service plans, teach parents strategies and tools to increase their capacity to positively parent children with disabilities and include them fully in family and community life. The role involves independent community work and may facilitate group sessions, requires a minimum of 3 evenings per week, and travel to Calgary and surrounding areas (Chestermere, Strathmore, Airdrie).Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive case management and documentation: maintain proficiency in data systems while ensuring all paperwork meets accreditation and policy standards.Therapeutic intervention and family capacity building: empower families to increase self‑efficacy and provide specific support for unique challenges of raising a child with a disability.Evidence‑based and inclusive practice: develop client‑centered relationships aligned with organizational values and the program’s logic model.Collaborative advocacy and program integrity:
