Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Tristar Electric Team.Location:ScarboroughWhat You'll Do HereLearn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulationsMaintain an organized data tracking system.Document control including organizing project documents, site photosTime and equipment entry (Handle packing slips, supplier invoices and receiving)Prepare and update locate packagesAssist billing and tracking projectsAssist with printing and filingPerform other duties and responsibilities as requiredWhat You Bring To The TeamExperience in an administrator position, within the construction industry considered an assetSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to show discretion with confidential and/or personal materialAbility to multitask and prioritize workload,
