As a Planning Manager at Zenith, you will oversee a team of media professionals in developing ideas and activations that drive human connections. You will lead the team in pursuing innovative, well‑targeted, communication and connection solutions across a variety of media to meet or exceed client objectives and drive business.ResponsibilitiesEnsures strong client relationships with quality of deliverables and client satisfactionMaintains an in-depth knowledge of client business both current and historicalActively listens to clients and anticipates client need to build business and make Zenith indispensableCommunicates client objectives to internal stakeholders/staff members and clearly outlines a plan to meet themWorks with Director to develop and effectively sell through Zenith and Publicis Media business solutionsContinually looks for opportunities to improve the group/process/productCo‑ordinates with partner agencies and global counterparts to maintain efficient work streamsEnsures current staff is fully utilized and operating effectively/efficiently to meet client needsTakes a leadership role in the training and development of new staff membersMaintains overall control of workflow and assigned team responsibilities and provides assistance where necessary to ensure timely completion of projectsWorks closely with the Group Director to continually assess group members' qualified developmentProactively communicates performance goals, as well as accomplishments and improvement needs to staff on a regular basisEffectively and professionally handles performance issues as they occurAssists Director in maintaining revenue forecastingBehaviours and deliverables consistently demonstrate thought leadership and innovationLeads by example via work ethic, team building approach,

Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
