Join Our Team as an Electrician at Johnson Electric!Location: Positions available in Ancaster, Mississauga and Stratford.Salary Range: $42.21-$45.16 per hour – plus differential on certain shifts.Vacancy Type: New Position.Travel: Travel within Canada and internationally as required.What You’ll Be Doing:Assemble electrical circuits, including control panels and field wiring, per design specifications.Support the build, integration, and installation of custom automation equipment.Perform on-site installation and commissioning of automated systems.Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic circuits.Work closely with controls technicians on PLCs, robotics, and vision systems.Provide on-site support for new and existing automation systems.Contribute to problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives.Participate in team meetings addressing quality, operations, and safety topics.Assist in training and development of team members.Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.What We’re Looking For:Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A) or equivalent experience.5+ years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in Canada.Solid ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, components, and wiring standards.Experience with PLCs, VFDs, servo systems,
