The role provides an autonomous yet supervised environment to develop clinical skills, knowledge and confidence, preparing for a registered role upon completion of studies.Key QualificationsEnrolled in a Nursing Extern program, or any year of study of a CNO‑approved BScN/BN or PN program (preference for years 3 and 4).Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) who have initiated registration with the CNO, received a CNO Letter of Direction and meet one of the following conditions:currently in any year of a CNO‑approved program (e.G., BScN‑IEN,
