As a Seasonal Housekeeper supporting our Residences, you will play a key role in ensuring our estate homes are impeccably maintained and consistently guest‑ready.This position supports the delivery of seamless, high‑touch guest experiences through exceptional standards of cleanliness,



organization, and discretion.Core Responsibilities:Deliver high standards of housekeeping and guest service across all residencesPerform all cleaning duties to luxury private‑residence standardsMaintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and patiosLaunder, steam, and rotate linens in accordance with IWBC standardsMonitor and maintain housekeeping inventory levelsPrepare residences for arrivals, including set‑ups, amenities, and personalized touchesSupport check‑in and check‑out processes, completing detailed post‑stay resetsIdentify and report maintenance concerns promptlyReplenish supplies and organize stock areas as requiredTrack cleaning tasks using established checklists and daily logsSupport guest‑preference setups as directed by the VIP Services ManagerUphold all health, safety, and confidentiality protocolsSuccess in this role means residences are prepared on time, resets are completed to standard, amenities are fully stocked, and issues are addressed proactively.This is a seasonal, temporary position running from May through October, with availability required during peak periods, including weekends and holidays.What We’re Looking For3+ years of housekeeping experienceExperience in luxury hotels or private residences is considered an assetA gracious, professional, and discreet approach to guest serviceStrong attention to detail and pride in presentationAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamStrong time‑management and organizational skillsExperience with inventory tracking or reporting is an assetWhat We OfferCompetitive wage of $28 per hourComprehensive paid training and access to wine educationEmployee discounts at the Terrace Restaurant, estate events, and boutiqueComplimentary tastings for you and your guestsDiscounts on tours and curated Guest ExperiencesThe prospect to work in one of the Okanagan’s most iconic estate settings#J-18808-Ljbffr
