The role involves solving scaling problems, adding new capabilities to the platform, and ensuring reliability and security for our data.ResponsibilitiesOptimize our homegrown ultra‑energetic recruiting DSL‑to‑SQL compiler and create tools to help developersCreate automated guardrails for the security and privacy of customer dataHelp developers ship features fast through canary deployments, gradual rollouts, and feature flags while managing complexity and reducing downtimeDefine SLOs, implement corresponding SLIs, and set up monitoringEnsure communication with external services supports retries and circuit‑breakersImplement infrastructure to support an event‑driven architecture and data warehouseQualificationsObsessed with solving complex problems and exploring solutions until fully understoodStrong commitment to reliability and security; speak up for future users and edge casesExperience building and maintaining infrastructure at scale (millions of data points, automated provisioning, monitoring, release processes)Versatile skill set across security, database optimization, Kubernetes debugging, and code reviewing (TypeScript, Python, Go,
