Overview

Join our dynamic drywall construction team as a Construction Administrator, where your organizational skills and construction expertise will drive project success from start to finish. In this vital role, you will coordinate project documentation, manage schedules, and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders. Your proactive approach will help streamline operations, maintain compliance, and support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Process & review work orders, track project milestones, schedule accommodations, and assist project managers with scheduling crews and material deliveries.
- Document Management: Prepare and organize contracts, subcontracts, Insurance & Compliance certificates, purchase orders, site instructions, change orders, RFI's , set up and maintain procedural manuals and inventory systems, assist with business expense management, review & approve subcontractor invoicing
- Communication: Coordinate with all levels of the team, clients, subcontractors, execute material orders with suppliers
- Other: Various other office/administrative requests from management

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education:



High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree or specialized administrative training is preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 – 4 years experience in an office or administrative role, ideally within the construction industry; contract administration or construction project management
- Software Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe/pdf software, with preference to individuals that hold construction management software experience (Eg. Procore)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle diverse associates ranging from site staff to operational management
- Organization: Strong multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and time-management skills
- Other: Motivated, focused, team player, self-starter, autonomous

Position: Permanent part time, with opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our project & management demands increase Compensation: Hourly wage negotiable based on experience
