This part-time instructor will engage with students daily, ensuring they receive comprehensive support during their training. Your role will involve monitoring skills and facilitating successful practicum experiences as students prepare for their careers in health care.

Key Responsibilities:



• Answer daily student and staff questions effectively • Guide students in understanding HCA responsibilities • Track and comment on student performance during practicums • Complete weekly progress evaluations for students • Support collaboration in final evaluation processes

Requirements: • 5 years of health care experience, ideally in long-term care • Required LPN/RN license and CPR certification • Solid reliability and independent decision-making skills • Effective communicator and supportive mentor • Familiarity with standard computer applications
