Establishes and maintains accounting systems, procedures, and policies. Purchase accounting for acquisitions and financial statement consolidation accounting required. Directs analysis and reporting of financial information including budgets, planning, and required filings and reports. Prepares analysis of budget and cost statistics for internal control use and reporting to Board of Directors and lenders. Presents findings and recommendations to management.Security RequirementsThis position requires access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
