The final offer will reflect the successful candidate's background and demonstrated capabilities.This position is an existing vacancy within the organization.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer orders and forecasted demand.Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to address delays or changes in demand.Optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, lead times, and capacity utilization.Communicate production plans and updates to relevant departments and stakeholders.Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve production throughput.Maintain accurate production records and documentation for reporting and compliance.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.Creates and Maintains Holiday Schedule tracking and Improvements.Able to schedule effectively according to transit times and rural planning.Collates and Verifies MBR’s related to the Planning Functions for Picking.Maintains up-to-date training designated for this position and training documents.Any related tasks as required.QUALIFICATIONSUndergraduate degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experiencePrior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.PREFERRED SKILLSExperience in a Manufacturing environment relevant to the company’s industry.Knowledge of SAP expert Planning and pulling ReportsProficient in Excel and Analyzing Data.Proficiency with Production planning software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.Preferred experience in production planning, manufacturing, or operations background.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
