As a Security Supervisor , you'll lead a high-performing team of Security Guards within a prestigious global corporate office, ensuring seamless day-to-day security operations while delivering an exceptional client and visitor experience. Working across multiple shifts, you'll set the standard for professionalism, operational excellence, and customer service in one of the region's most exciting workplace environments.

Hourly wage of $26.00/hour + beneifts
Full-time, permanent position with a consistent Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule

Responsibilities for Security Supervisor
Supervise and support a team of Security Officers during assigned shifts.
Ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, contractors, and corporate assets.
Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols of the office building and surrounding property.
Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies to identify and respond to suspicious activity.
Oversee visitor management, issue temporary access badges, and verify identification for authorized entry.
Respond to emergencies, security incidents, medical situations, and fire alarms while following established procedures.
Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handover documentation.
Investigate and document security concerns, policy violations, and workplace incidents.
Coordinate with property management, corporate leadership, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.
Monitor officer performance, provide ongoing mentorship, and promote exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications for Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in Canada
Experience using Microsoft Office applications
Excellent leadership & communication skills
2-3 number of years of experience in security and team management
First aid certification
Hold a valid BC security license
