Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Project Coordinator at Tollestrup Cpnstruction (2005) Inc. and become a vital driver of successful project execution! Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as Trimble, Bluebeam, or Civil 3D to track progress, manage documentation, and update project timelines.
- Assist in preparing construction estimates by analyzing schematics and scope of work to support bidding processes.
- Surveying experience is an asset. Ability to set up traffic plans is also an asset.
- Coordinate procurement activities by reviewing plans and specifications to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor project progress in office and in the office, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and schedule milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily logs,



and inspection reports.
- Support project management efforts by managing time effectively across multiple tasks while communicating clearly with all stakeholders.

Experience

- Proven experience in construction coordination or project management within the construction industry, preference will be given to people with Road Construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Trimble, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or Civil 3D is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with civil engineering drawings and heavy civil projects is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Construction experience combined with a solid understanding of project management principles enhances your effectiveness in this role.
