Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties
Clean windows using various techniques and equipment, including hand tools and power tools.
Perform custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and order in facilities.
Conduct routine inspections of windows to identify any maintenance needs or damage.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes.
Lift heavy equipment and supplies as necessary for cleaning operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and safely.

Requirements
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools is a plus.




Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for the role.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
A commitment to safety practices while working at heights or using cleaning equipment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn current techniques in window cleaning.
