Job Description:

Company is currently hiring a CNC Operator/Setup with hands-on experience operating plasma cutting machines. The ideal candidate should be detail-

oriented, safety-focused, and capable of handling setup and production independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Load programs and adjust machine settings as required
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:
1.5 to 2 years of experience as a CNC Plasma Operator/Setup
Robust knowledge of plasma cutting operations
Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately
Positive attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must follow workplace safety standards
