We are seeking an experienced Welder/ironworker to join our growing team. The Welder will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble current steel structures , troubleshoot and repair metal structures, and perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of welding experience, be able to function independently, and exhibit excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Operate specialized welding equipment and tools
Monitor welding process for quality and safety
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment
Troubleshoot and repair metal structures and parts as needed
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Knowledge of welding safety procedures and guidelines
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Robust attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work independently
Good physical condition and stamina

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
